Job title : Functional Capability (Quality Function) Lead (Edgewing) Location: Reading area. The role could be contracted to any BAE Systems site (preferably Frimley) but on commencement will immediately be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. A financial support package may be available to enable this assignment if required, dependent on certain criteria being met. Due to the nature of this assignment, we envisage there will be a need for mostly on site working, however, flexible working arrangements may be possible – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role.

Supporting Business Management Review in Edgewing HQ and NatCos Supporting preparation/implementation of training and learning for quality personnel and others Lead the development, creation and update of training/learning material. Supporting the business in capturing and applying Learning from Experience (LfE) Supporting the analysis for the Product quality and the process effectiveness in Edgewing and suppliers as well as the customer satisfaction
Essential Your skills and experiences : Previous experience of understanding training requirements and capable of implementation and delivery Understanding of process, contract and curriculum requirements with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels due to international partner organisations Ability to ensure a consistent application of process’ across wider functions
Desirable Data analysis skills for Product quality and the process effectiveness in JV and suppliers as well as the customer satisfaction. Desirable skills would include ability to Interpreting data; Troubleshooting; Project management; Data Analysis; Content creation; Presentation skills; Data presentation; stakeholder management.
