Key Responsibilities:
- Support Business Management Review in HQ and NatCos.
- Analyze product quality and process effectiveness in JV and suppliers, as well as customer satisfaction.

- Create and update materials for training and learning.
- Continuously review quality processes for effectiveness and implement improvements as required.
- Support the business in capturing and applying Learning from Experience (LfE).
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in understanding training requirements and capable of implementation and delivery.
- Understanding of process, contract, and curriculum requirements with effective communication skills.
- Ability to ensure consistent application of processes across wider functions.

Job title : Functional Capability Quality Assurance Lead (Edgewing) Location: Reading area. The role could be contracted to any BAE Systems site (preferably Frimley) but on commencement will immediately be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. A financial support package may be available to enable this assignment if required, dependent on certain criteria being met. Due to the nature of this assignment, we envisage there will be a need for mostly on site working, however, flexible working arrangements may be possible – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role.
