Key Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications using Java and React.
- Build and enhance Front End functionality for client-facing and operational portals.
- Develop Back End Java services supporting the platform.
- Work with APIs and integrations that enable corporate customers to interact with the Data Sharing Hub.
- Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver new functionality.
- Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Write clean, maintainable and scalable code.
Key Skills & Experience
- Around 4-5 years of commercial software engineering Experience.
- Strong hands-on Java development Experience.
- Strong Experience developing modern user interfaces with React.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of both Front End and Back End application development.
- Experience working within modern software development environments.
- Previous Experience within E-commerce, pharmaceutical or other large regulated organisations would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Working Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite in Burgess Hill.
