Summary: The Full Stack Engineer role focuses on developing and maintaining applications using Node.js and Python, requiring active SC clearance. The position involves both remote work and onsite presence in Croydon two days a month. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, feature development, and mentoring within the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a technical specialist for one or more products or services
- Develop features, resolve bugs, elaborate stories, write and improve documentation
- Manage and take part in in-hours support (triage, incidents, bugfixes)
- Lead the design of components or modules in a product or service
- Work with Engineering Team Lead to provide a clear technical vision and roadmap for product/services
- Show (by example) and explain/teach modern development methods and SAS approaches
- Pair with other developers (or swarm) for feature development
- Take part in the release process
- Mentor Engineers and Associate Engineers
