Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to enhance a platform team focused on digital infrastructure for client onboarding, identity verification, and process automation. The role involves working on both server-side and client-facing layers to develop scalable systems that facilitate critical workflows for clients. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural decisions and ensure code quality across development squads. Collaboration with distributed teams and proactive risk management are key aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write production-grade code and actively participate in architectural decisions within a distributed services framework
- Balance business objectives with technical and operational requirements to drive sustainable growth
- Champion code quality and engineering discipline across all development squads
- Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Proactively identify technical risks and communicate concerns to stakeholders
- Contribute to process optimization and introduce scalable technical solutions
Key Skills:
- Solid foundation in software engineering with proven experience building and deploying Back End systems
- Working knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed system patterns
- Track record of rapid iteration and continuous deployment practices
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining REST API interfaces
- Proficiency with relational database design and query optimization using PostgreSQL
- Strong proficiency in Java for Back End development
- Deployment and management experience on cloud platforms (CI/CD)
- Frontend development skills using React
- Background working in regulated industry environments
