Summary: The role of Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer involves working with a leading multinational Pharma client in Wrexham on a hybrid basis. The engineer will be responsible for end-to-end product development, tackling complex technical challenges, and providing mentorship to the development team. Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise across frontend, backend, databases, and DevOps to optimize systems and resolve technical challenges.
- Take ownership of end-to-end product development and make critical technical decisions for scalability and maintainability.
- Tackle complex technical challenges, debug production issues, and implement solutions with business impact in mind.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, establishing best practices and guiding architectural decisions.
- Embrace new languages, frameworks, containers, and cloud technologies, continuously learning and adapting.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, or React-Native.
- Understanding of best practices in software engineering, including testing and continuous integration.
- Familiarity with Linux environment.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and containers in cloud environments.
- Understanding of SQL databases is highly desirable.

- Take ownership of end-to-end product development, making critical technical decisions that ensure our platforms are scalable, performant, and maintainable across the entire stack
- Tackle our most complex technical challenges, debug critical production issues, and implement sophisticated solutions while carefully considering business impact
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our development team, helping establish best practices and guiding architectural decisions while fostering a collaborative learning environment

Requirements
