Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions (prototypes)
- Design and develop rapid prototypes of business applications using various technologies and platforms (example: React, Python)
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and AI technologies to ensure innovative solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on rapid prototyping and application development using React or Python
- Experience with NextJS, N8N and AI powered IDE’s (example: Cursor)
- Familiarity with leading AI platforms and services (OpenAI, Anthropic and Open-source AI models)
- Examples of real applications built (GitHub repos used as references) using AI
- Must have prior experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of application development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation
