Summary: The role of a C# .NET Full Stack Developer involves designing, building, and supporting Full Stack applications for a major financial services organization. The developer will work with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Oracle to enhance enterprise-grade software for finance and regulatory reporting. This hands-on position requires transforming business requirements into scalable applications while collaborating with various teams in a regulated environment. The role demands a high technical standard in coding, design, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain .NET applications (both Windows and web-based).
  • Build and optimise SQL Server and Oracle database components (PL/SQL & T-SQL).
  • Support integration and automation initiatives across financial systems.
  • Apply best practices in design, testing, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Proven C# and .NET development expertise (Framework & .NET Core).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, and best practices.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Experience in financial or regulatory reporting systems within banking.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Cloud computing experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AQR Reporting (ECB) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments is a plus.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture standards is a plus.

You’ll be joining a major financial services organisation to design, build, and support Full Stack C# .NET applications used across core regulatory and reporting systems. Your mission — develop, integrate, and enhance enterprise-grade software that underpins finance and regulatory reporting processes. You’ll work across the stack using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Oracle, collaborating with DevOps and cloud teams to deliver high-performance, resilient solutions in a highly regulated environment. This is a hands-on development role for someone who knows how to turn business requirements into robust, scalable applications — and can code, design, and integrate at a high technical standard.
