Backend Strong experience with Python
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST API and Microservices development
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
SQL and database design
Frontend : Strong knowledge of React.js

Redux, React Hooks
Responsive UI development
Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
MongoDB (preferred)
Cloud & DevOps AWS, Azure, or GCP
Docker and Kubernetes

Good to Have
- Financial Services or Banking domain experience
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
- Unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
