Summary: Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their agile scrum team responsible for the Contact Center platform, which handles voice, email, and web chat communications for over 20 million clients. Key Skills:

- Experienced with Docker/Kubernetes and container-based deployment practices is a plus
- Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test, and operational automation
- Hands-on Azure / AWS experience or desire to build cloud experience (e.g., certifications, training)
- Working with Event Driven Architecture -- Kafka, Webhooks is a plus
- Test Driven Development -- JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Jest, etc.
- Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and professionally in high pressure/visibility situations within tight timeframes
