Summary: The role of Full Stack Developer focuses on building and scaling a Voice AI/Chatbot platform with a strong emphasis on Front End development. The position requires expertise in React and TypeScript, as well as collaboration with Back End and AI engineers. This is a contract role based in Stratford, requiring on-site presence three days a week. The position is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own high-quality Front End applications using React and TypeScript
- Develop Real Time chat and voice interfaces for AI-driven products
- Integrate Front End experiences with LLM-powered backends and APIs
- Contribute to Back End services using Python
- Work with voice technologies (eg ASR, TTS, conversational flows)
- Collaborate with AI, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Help shape Front End architecture, performance, and best practices
- Deploy and operate services in a cloud-native environment
Key Skills:
- Extremely strong JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expert React/React.js experience (performance, state management, scalability)
- Strong Front End engineering fundamentals (UX, accessibility, responsiveness)
- Backend experience using Python
- Experience building or integrating chatbots or conversational interfaces

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer with a strong Front End focus to help build and scale a next-generation Voice AI/Chatbot platform.
While this is a full-stack role, Front End excellence is critical. You'll be designing and building modern, responsive user interfaces that power Real Time voice and conversational AI experiences, working closely with Back End and AI engineers to deliver production-ready systems.
This role sits at the intersection of React, Voice AI, LLMs, and cloud-native engineering, offering the chance to work on genuinely cutting-edge technology.
