Summary: The Full Stack Developer role involves developing and delivering citizen or staff-facing services using JavaScript, HTML, Node.js, and Spring Boot, with a focus on REST APIs and event-driven integrations on AWS. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive UI patterns and web standards using JavaScript and HTML.
- Implement back-end services with Node.js and Spring Boot microservices.
- Design and manage RESTful APIs, including policies, rate limiting, and security.
- Integrate data layers and utilize event-driven design with Kafka and NoSQL databases.
- Ensure security measures such as IDAM/IdP, SSO, RBAC, and SSL/TLS are in place.
- Monitor performance and availability on AWS, including telemetry and logging.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines for delivery.
- Conduct automated testing and code reviews.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Node.js, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
