Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of a new product within a matrix management framework.
- Design, develop, and maintain the application and its content features.
- Support testing and production of the greenfield application.
- Collaborate with project teams to build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Translate application requirements and use cases into functional features.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, providing solution-based responses.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Support ongoing development and production of .NET solutions.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in C# with knowledge of its ecosystems.
- Familiarity with .NET including .NET 6 onwards.
- Solid experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with MVC and WebAPI.
- Front end development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools including GIT.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Ability to write reusable C# libraries.
- Familiarity with various design and software architectural patterns.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Working with a matrix management framework this key role will lead development of a new product. This is a central catalogue of information, the type of information first, guiding consumers to a golden repositories, system or processes, connecting fragmented silos, regional and service line “people” related information. Primary responsibilities will be to design, develop and maintain the application, content features and provide support with the testing and production of the greenfield application. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and Agile delivery is essential. Working with the project team, Design build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, automation of processes where viable , interfacing solution to golden source primary repositories Working alongside business analysis, translate application requirements and use cases into functional features. Agile lead : Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solution-based responses to problems. Maintain excellent code quality and documentation Working with the IT service manager, ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Support the ongoing development and production of .NET solution.
