- Maintaining a backlog of projects and requirements, prioritizing to deliver projects on time
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Creating documentation to enable the development of required solutions
- Performing other duties as assigned with accountability and responsibility
- Supporting testing throughout the project lifecycle
- Adopting a flexible approach and working out of hours as needed

Description
Davies is looking for a FTC Senior Business Analyst until the end of June 2027
The Senior Business Analyst will work on a prioritised project, to secure project outcomes, including, gathering requirements, assessing business impact, considering and agreeing with relevant business representatives’ key outcomes and solutions, implementing those outcomes and liaising with our offshore providers in Vietnam to ensure they meet delivery standards and dates. They will work side-by-side with representatives from Group functions, members of the delivery teams, developers (both on and offshore), our Heads of Product and members of the business to assist with capturing requirements and helping shape and implement solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will be expected to be able to manage the needs of several teams in parallel. The Senior Business Analyst must have a strong problem-solving mind-set, avoiding work-arounds in favour of quality, long lasting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
