Process Analyst – Project Management Midlands FTC | £45,000 – £55,000

This role exists to bring structure, clarity and measurable improvement to a complex retail and logistics operation. You will work alongside Business Change Managers , owning the design and documentation of current and future state processes . This is hands-on process optimisation not theory.

You will:

  • Own end-to-end process mapping (Visio)
  • Lead workshops to define scalable future-state solutions
  • Identify gaps, risk and cross-functional impact
