Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with production of the Annual Financial Statements using FRS 102.
- Working closely with the audit team and accountant’s offices to ensure that the audit completes efficiently.
- Managing the preparation and review of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting in the delivery of the annual budget and business plan, including multi-year forecasting.
Key Skills:
- Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA).
- 2 years post qualified experience producing year-end financial statements.
- Able to start work on short notice (2 weeks).

This is an exciting time to join the business as they are growing and the business is developing. The primary purpose of the role is to help with the year end statutory accounts but there is also an opportunity to expand your skills to include management accounting responsibilities. The firm has a solid track record, extensive client base and operates with high integrity. Reporting to the Financial Controller, we are seeking a Qualified ACA/ACCA with minimum 2 years experience producing financial statements (audit experience is not sufficient for this role, you must be producing financial statements) and ensuring accurate consolidation across the group. With a strong technical skill and a proactive approach, you will help implement key financial controls, support year-end and monthly reporting, and collaborate with external auditors—all while contributing to our vision of taking the business to the next level.
