What We’re Looking For We Want People Who Have exceptional face-to-face customer service experience, preferably minimum 1 years experience. Are friendly, professional with a smart appearance and approachable. Bring confidence, friendliness, and professionalism to every customer interaction. Can stay calm and helpful in busy or high-pressure situations. Work well in a team and take initiative when needed. Are flexible with working hours — including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Traffic management/marshalling or HGV handling experience is helpful but not required. Reliable and flexible to work shifts across 24/7. Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner. Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
