Frontend Engineer

Profile we are looking for

A pragmatic, hands-on Frontend developer who is comfortable working in an HR context, values automated testing and quality, and can independently deliver well-engineered HRSD solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Build reusable, scalable, and accessible UI components using React and Next.js.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and Back End engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Integrate Front End applications with Back End services and APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve application quality.
  • Follow engineering standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
  • Support production stability through defect fixing, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to secure, compliant, and well-documented solutions aligned with enterprise standards

Required skills and experience

  • Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience building responsive and accessible web applications.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern styling frameworks.
  • Experience consuming APIs, including GraphQL and/or REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Front End testing frameworks such as React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Understanding of Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Apollo GraphQL.
  • Exposure to Azure-hosted applications.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
