We are hiring for Frontend developer / Web developer / Full stack - Vortex Support (SC Cleared)

Location: Exeter - Hybrid / 1 day Per week in Office

Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications or production systems.

Knowledge of Application Support, IT Operations, or Production Support environments.

Experience with Configuration Management and secure system administration.

Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes (ITIL).

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.

Ability to perform routine system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
