Summary: We are seeking an experienced SC cleared Frontend Developer with expertise in React to design, develop, and maintain software solutions and user interfaces. The role requires proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Git, along with a solid understanding of software development principles. The position is on-site three days a week and is classified as outside IR35. The contract will start next week and is expected to run until the end of March, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Software Engineering principles and industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and responding to constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the development team and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Build web interfaces for mapping, navigation, and/or planning software.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in React and Front End development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- SC clearance.
Salary (Rate): £500 daily

Working with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software solutions and responsive and interactive user interfaces (eg JavaScript/TypeScript and React). You will write clean, efficient and well-documented code following Software Engineering principles and industry best practices and participate in code reviews, providing and responding to constructive feedback from team members.
You will be proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development and in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for Front End development. Have a good understanding of software development principles, algorithms and data structures and experience building web interfaces for mapping, navigation, and/or planning software. You will need to be on site 3 days a week and the role will be outside IR35. This role will start next week and initially run until the end of March (financial year) with a view to extending after that.
