Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver initial dashboards and visualisations in Tableau or Power BI to meet urgent business needs.
- Architect and build production-grade, reusable dashboard solutions using modern frontend technologies, integrating with enterprise APIs and data sources.
- Ensure solutions are modular, performant, and scalable across multiple operating companies, with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment.
- Embed visualisations into operational workflows, enabling real-time decision-making and measurable impact.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Analysts to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions.
- Design solutions for interoperability and reuse across international business units.
- Translate complex business requirements into impactful visual experiences and drive adoption across senior stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of enterprise frontend engineering experience in AI/data-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI for stakeholder-facing dashboards.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including scalable deployment and integration.
- Strong knowledge of API integration.
- Proven track record of taking frontend solutions from prototype to full production deployment with reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Experience in complex operational or logistics data domains is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate quickly into new teams and deliver immediate impact.
- Willingness to initially work on-site in London and travel internationally for later-stage group deployments.
