- Collaborate directly with the Technology Director and Lead Visual Designer to translate conceptual creative ideas into technical reality.
- Drive innovation through animation frameworks like GSAP, Lottie, or Framer Motion to create high-end interactive digital experiences.
- Oversee technical quality and influence architectural decisions while consulting with an established offshore development team.
Key Skills:
- Over 7 years of professional front-end development experience with a strong track record in senior or lead engineering positions.
- Mastery of the modern web stack including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and advanced CI/CD build pipelines.
- Deep expertise in creative technology, specifically with animation tools like GSAP, Lottie, or Framer Motion.
- Experience integrating with Headless CMS platforms, cloud-based architectures, and complex third-party APIs.
- Bonus points for experience with Three.js, WebGL, Shader development, or AI-driven creative workflows.
