Front End React Developer - Manchester

Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled React Developer to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• This role will be for a Front End software engineer who is experienced in their field.
• The individual will be working within a single team assisting with the creation of new Front End products for their customers.
• It is expected for the individual to be able to upskill individuals with the knowledge required around creating leading Front End applications.

Required Skills/Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React Framework, HTML & CSS
• DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control)
• Component-Based architecture
• Leadership experience
• Agile (TDD and Pair Programming)

Skills Preferred:

Networking (Subnets, Firewall, Load balancing, VPN configurations)

Security and identity management

Monitoring and logging

Problem-Solving and debugging

Financial services or high regulated environment experience
