Key Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive, scalable, & high-performance web applications using Next.js & React.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements & deliver effective technical solutions.
• Drive knowledge transfer, providing mentorship & upskilling support to client team members.
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, & user experience are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience with Next.js & React components in a production environment.
• Experience with GDS (Government Digital Services).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, & CSS3.
• Experience in developing secure, scalable web applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in knowledge transfer & upskilling junior developers or client teams.
• Security Clearance (SC Cleared) - ESSENTIAL.
• Experience working with government or public sector organisations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) & CI/CD pipelines.
