Gathered & Found is looking for a Senior Front-End Consultant to join one of our specialist delivery teams, supporting a leading cross-border payments partner through the latter stages of a major platform rebuild.
The engagement centres around a high-volume B2B payments and FX platform , which has been rebuilt using a modern TypeScript architecture.
We’re looking for someone who can come into an established engineering environment, get up to speed quickly and make an immediate hands-on contribution.
This is a 100% Front-End engagement , with a particular focus on modern React engineering and AI-assisted software development.
What we’re looking for:
- Deep, recent hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Strong experience delivering large-scale platform rebuilds and modernisation
- Experience with modular Front-End architectures , monorepos and modern engineering practices
- Extensive practical use of Claude Code or similar AI coding agents within day-to-day development
- Strong testing and engineering discipline across complex production applications
- Experience within Financial Services, Payments or FinTech would be highly beneficial
- Someone who can bring new ideas, challenge existing approaches and improve ways of working
- We’re particularly interested in experts who are genuinely excited about how AI is changing software development , and who are already using tools such as Claude Code to improve how they build, test, debug and deliver software.
