Summary: We are looking for a Front End Software Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality web and mobile experiences. This contract role, based in Liverpool, requires expertise in modern Front End technologies and a passion for creating exceptional user journeys. The position offers a flexible working arrangement of 2-3 days a week and is outside IR35. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting various digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support web, mobile, and native app interfaces.
- Deliver top-quality code using ATDD and CI/CD pipelines.
- Enhance core journeys including authentication and asset delivery.
- Collaborate across technology teams to ensure seamless application delivery.
- Contribute to problem management and root cause analysis for outages.
- Drive improvements across on-prem and cloud application estates.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with React, React Native, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with Headless CMS (Builder.io is a plus)
- Experience with Cypress/Jest testing frameworks
- Knowledge of GraphQL, Microsoft Azure, and API integration
- Proactive, communicative, and passionate about digital channels
- Gaming/betting industry experience is a bonus (not essential)
