Summary: Front End Developer needed for a 12 to 18 month contract focused on developing an edge processing solution for fiber optic sensors. The role requires expertise in modern web technologies and a strong understanding of UI/UX design. Candidates should be able to work remotely but must be located near Central or North London for occasional meetings. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance web solutions using modern web technologies.
- Contribute to system architecture and code optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate within a small development team.
- Implement and maintain REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services.
- Utilize version control (Git), bug tracking, and test frameworks.
- Engage in dev-ops and container management.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Typescript, Angular, and NodeJS.
- Knowledge of service architectures and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
