Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the Company's Health and Safety Policy and safe working practices.
- Support core functions of the Shipping team.
- Ensure freight invoices are processed only when actual services are provided.
- Process freight invoices related to inbound/outbound material fluctuating with production volumes.
- Collate metrics, analysis, and general administration related to freight invoices and shipping performance.
- Focus on continuous improvement and complete 1PD's to support process improvements.
- Undertake training/further learning as required.

- Effective communication skills for liaising with various levels of the organization.

As a Freight Analyst you will report to the Traffic & Customs Supervisor providing administrative support to all areas of the Shipping department with a primary focus on the facilitation of freight invoices related to production material.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Adhere to the Company's Health and Safety Policy and safe working practices.
- Support core functions of the Shipping team.
- Ensuring freight invoices are only processed when the actual service is provided to Caterpillar.
- Processing of freight invoices related to inbound/outbound material which fluctuates in line with production volumes.
- Collate Metrics, analysis and general administration related to freight invoices and shipping performance.
- Focus on Continuous improvement and completing 1PD's to support process improvements.
- Undertake training/further learning as required.
