Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed, coordinated technical drawing packages using AutoCAD (essential)

- Ensure all drawings are fully resolved, accurate, and aligned with design intent
- Prepare and refine visual and presentation materials using Adobe Photoshop

Key Skills:
- Midweight to Senior level experience in technical design (minimum 4–6+ years preferred)
- Proven experience producing full technical drawing packages and tender documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver complete drawing sets
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and build processes
- Hospitality project experience is highly desirable
