The Project
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a high-spec CAT B commercial office fit-out in Manchester. The project is a 20,000 sq ft, 19-week programme within a flagship sustainable building, designed to create a modern, flexible, and collaborative workspace. The scheme includes:
- High-end office fit-out works
- Breakout areas, meeting rooms & client spaces
- Sustainable materials and finishes
- Complex M&E coordination within a live commercial environment
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors, programme, and site logistics
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality

- Maintain site records, RAMS, and health & safety compliance
