Summary: The Freelance Site Manager will oversee the conversion of a storage/distribution unit into a research and development facility, managing the project from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include supervising subcontractor labor, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering progress reports to the Project Manager. The role requires experience with CAT A/B fitout and relevant certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project from inception through to completion and handover to the client.
- Supervise subcontractor labor and conduct site inductions.
- Coordinate the Health & Safety programme and ensure compliance with RAMS.
- Attend client/contractor progress meetings and deliver progress reports to the Project Manager.
Key Skills:
- Experience working for a principal contractor with CAT A/B fitout.
- Mandatory CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
- Strong project management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
