Position: Site Manager

Location: Bothwell, Scotland

Project: 500k Industrial Refurbishment

Duration: 13 Weeks

Start Date: December 2024

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Payment Options: PAYE, CIS, or Ltd Company

We are working with a well-established, family-run building contractor seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead a 500k industrial refurbishment project in Bothwell. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.


• Managing subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers.


• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.


• Monitoring project progress and quality control.


• Regular communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification essential.


• First Aid at Work certification essential
