Summary: The Freelance Site Engineer will be engaged for approximately three weeks on a new build site, focusing on conducting a floor slab survey using AutoCAD. The role requires the creation of a localized grid and set-out drawings based on specific dimensions and locations provided by the client. This position is critical for ensuring accurate site measurements and layout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a floor slab survey detailing on AutoCAD.
- Measure and document outer slab dimensions and internal slab edges.
- Identify and locate pop-ups to the internal slab edge.
- Create a localized grid due to the absence of original control points.
- Prepare set-out drawings for the engineer to execute set-out lines.
