Freelance Site Engineer

SC Level Security Clearance is an absolute prerequisite for this role.

We have an urgent requirement for a Freelance Site Manager working for one of the UK's leading Offsite and Modular Build construction specialists.

This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile MOD project near Reading, Berkshire.

You will join a company with an outstanding reputation for delivering on complex, technically demanding projects, and this assignment is no different.

Site Manager duties

• On-site management and delivery of modular construction works at AWE Aldermaston
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site logistics
• Enforcing site H&S standards in line with MOD site requirements
• Reporting to the Project Manager and maintaining programme

Site Manager experience required

• Active SC Level Security Clearance — non-negotiable
• Proven Site Manager experience in modular, offsite or construction
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (Gold Card minimum)
• Experience working on secure, restricted access or MOD sites is a strong advantage
• A calm, professional approach — this site demands it
