Key Responsibilities
- Managing project costs and budgets.
- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontract packages.
- Valuations, variations, and change management.
- Producing cost reports and forecasts.
- Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
- Supporting the project team with commercial and contractual advice.
- Ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is preferred.
- CSCS card (preferred).
