My client is a Building Main Contractor with an annual turnover in excess of 100m. They currently have a number of construction projects ranging from 5m to 10m in the Northamptonshire & Bedfordshire regions. At present they are in the market for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage these schemes.

The ideal candidate will have:

A build main contracting background
JCT contract knowledge
Sector experience within Industrial, Sport & Leisure, Retail
