The role also involves mentoring junior designers and maintaining strong client relationships while adhering to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Creative Lead and team to produce various pitch materials using Adobe CC and MS Office.
• Develop innovative and on-brand creative output that resonates with the audience.
• Lead the design team in creating immersive PowerPoint slides for client pitches.
• Shape complex creative projects from scoping to delivery, advising clients on design and messaging.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships while meeting tight deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee the quality of work produced by the team.
• Uphold brand guidelines and ensure adherence to industry-standard design processes.
• Stay updated on company compliance and department procedures.

Key Skills:

• Proven track record in creating client deliverables such as printed collateral and digital media.
