Key Responsibilities:

• Be an integral part of the design team creating new and exciting features and content for a AAA open world console project.
• Ensure smooth, clear communication within the design, development and publishing team.
• Create and maintain design documentation.
• Derive insight from the data analytics team and other sources to create a response plan.
• Respond to and implement feedback from data, reviews and playtests.
• Able to concisely articulate game concepts and analyse game mechanics.
• Supporting junior designers.

Key Skills:

• 4+ years game development in a design role.
• Experience working on at least 1 AAA Console project.
• Proven skills in product prioritisation and rapid design decisions.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• A good understanding of the requirements of an in-game economy.
• Experience working with physical products (nice to have).
• A playful approach to game design (nice to have).
