Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage agile processes using Scrum and/or Kanban
- Lead all core agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Sprint Planning
- Act as a servant leader, supporting teams and removing impediments
- Oversee Delivery Manager / Project Manager tasks, including managing timelines, milestones, and cross-team dependencies
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, architects, business units, and external/internal stakeholders
- Ensure transparency through structured progress reporting, risk tracking, and status updates
- Drive continuous improvement and help teams optimize delivery and collaboration
- Ensure that project goals, quality, and delivery commitments are met
- Support cross-department communication and alignment to maintain efficient workflows
- Take responsibility for delivery reliability and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence
- No programming experience required — the role is focused entirely on agility, delivery, and communication
