Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and accurate cost reports
- Support procurement, subcontract management, and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and commercial risk management
- Work closely with internal project teams and external stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a QS within utilities, civil engineering, or infrastructure
- HNC/HDN/Hons in Quantity Surveying
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Ability to work autonomously in a freelance capacity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Available for an immediate or prompt start
