Summary: The Freelance Project Planner role at Fawkes & Reece involves supporting construction projects in the Northwest by developing and maintaining project schedules. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project programmes using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, ASTA Power Projects, Microsoft Excel.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment of timelines and deliverables.
- Identify paths, track progress, and manage potential delays proactively.
- Support tender programmes and plan submissions for new bids.
- Provide regular reports on progress, risks, and key metrics.
- Assist in resource and cost planning.
- Ensure compliance is within industry standards.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years as a Project Planner.
- Proficiency with planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, ASTA Power Projects, Microsoft Excel).
- Strong understanding of construction methodology.
