A Design studio is looking for a heavy-duty Project Manager to add to their team with Retail Design Experience being a must, such as being au-fait with MEP, UK Building Regs, and understanding all the fire safety elements that go into putting a project together in the built and delivery of a Retail Store in an Airport setting. Therefore, it would be advisable that you have good experience of delivering stores in an Airport setting and at least have Retail Design delivery experience. The role is outside of IR35, and the role would pay £300 to £400 per day, whereby for the initial 8 weeks of the lay-out stage it would be two days per week, and then thereafter for the delivery stage it could be 3-4 days per week thereafter. Lastly this role is based in the South East and London, so though some of it can be done remotely being able to get to their London office would be required. Apply with CV within.
