Project Manager / Account ManagerLondon based - hybrid working6 month contract starting asapUp to 45k + BenefitsWe are thrilled to partner with an award-winning experiential and activations agency to find a Project Manager / Account Manager.This is a contract position based in London.About the RoleAs a Project Manager / Account Manager, you will join a vibrant client services team, collaborating with global brands in Retail, FMCG, Entertainment, Tech, and Sports.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary client contact, managing accounts internally and externally.Lead and oversee daily project management, ensuring outstanding delivery.Identify and develop opportunities for account growth.Provide strategic recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business, competition, and challenges.Collaborate with the Client Services Director (CSD) to address new briefs and drive team initiatives.Foster positive relationships with relevant partners for client projects.Work with internal divisions to ensure effective cross-channel execution.Ensure all campaign elements are supported by robust contractual, legal, and insurance documentation.Maintain quality control for all client and supplier communications.Foster an environment of creativity, encouraging innovation within the team.Demonstrate financial acumen, managing budgets, driving profitability, and efficiency.Contribute to forecasting with the senior team.Manage overall campaign budgets on behalf of clients.Mentor and develop junior team members, setting high standards of behavior.Track and evaluate junior team progress through regular check-ins and annual appraisals.Champion compliance processes within the team.Participate in new business initiatives and contribute to the agency s culture.What We Are Looking For:Experience in experiential or events based agency.Must have roadshow / youth marketing experience.Strong financial management skills.Strategic thinking for diverse marketing challenges.Proven track record in client and supplier management.Excellent project management and relationship-building skills.Superior written and presentation abilities.Budget management experience, ensuring profitability and smooth delivery.Natural leadership presence to drive results.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
