Summary: This role is for a Freelance Product Owner/Scrum Master who will work on-site five days a week in West London. The contract involves leading a digital transformation program, focusing on an automotive website redesign and managing Business-As-Usual (BAU) tasks. The candidate will be responsible for aligning teams within Agile frameworks and managing the backlog effectively. The position is set to start on June 16, 2025, and is expected to extend until September 30, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital transformation program focusing on an automotive website redesign.
  • Manage Business-As-Usual (BAU) tasks within the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Align multidisciplinary teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups and regular workshops.
  • Own the BAU backlog and collaborate with Designers, UX Practitioners, and Content teams.

Key Skills:

  • Product Ownership skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the Scrum framework.
  • Experience in Agile delivery.
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week.
  • Experience with automotive websites/projects (bonus).

Salary (Rate): £450 daily

A longstanding client is currently leading a large digital transformation programme on behalf of their client, with an automotive website re-design being a key component.

As part of that programme of work, there is a significant amount of Business-As-Usual (BAU) work within the roadmap to deliver on, and they are looking for someone to own that.

'Scrum Master' duties such as aligning multidisciplinary teams within Agile ways of working and delivering based on key priorities.

You'll run daily stand-ups as well as regular workshops.

Ownership of the BAU back-log, working alongside Designers, UX Practitioners, and Content teams to deliver key updates within the back-log.

You will be the right fit for this project if:

You blend Product Ownership skills with a deep knowledge of the Scrum framework.

You are able to work on-site 5 days per week in West London.
