Summary: RR is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of its next-generation concierge management platform, specifically within the recruitment technology and ATS ecosystem. The role involves defining product features, advising on AI capabilities, and collaborating with founders and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and experience with platform redesigns and AI/ML applications. This position offers the opportunity to influence a platform used by recruitment leaders and to innovate beyond legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining and prioritising core product features for a modern concierge platform
- Advising on AI-driven capabilities (automation, intelligence, workflows)
- Reviewing and overhauling existing platform and product architecture
- Recommending best-fit technologies, integrations, and stack choices
- Acting as a strategic partner to founders and engineers during build-out
Key Skills:
- Strong Product Management experience in ATS, Rec-Tech, HR Tech, or adjacent SaaS
- A track record of platform redesigns or greenfield builds
- Practical experience applying AI/ML features to real products
- Experience orchestrating and liaising with offshore development teams
