The Role
We are looking for a confident and hands-on Account Director to join a fast-paced, high-growth agency on a freelance basis. This is a critical role for someone who can hit the ground running, take full ownership of key projects and drive campaigns forward, freeing up senior management's time. You will be the lead point of contact for clients, managing all internal and external stakeholders and ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly from start to finish. A significant portion of your role will be focused on project management, strategic oversight, and getting the best out of your team and suppliers. While you'll have a team to support you, you must be a hands-on leader who can still get stuck into the day-to-day execution and get the job done. The agency needs a driver - someone who can own and push campaigns forward and who thrives on seeing great work delivered and results achieved. While this is a freelance opportunity, there is a strong possibility of a long-term engagement or a permanent position, as the agency is in a rapid growth phase and consistently wins new business.
