About the Job
This role is suited to an ambitious paid marketing specialist with significant agency experience ready to advise and contribute to the growth of a talented team. Advanced paid advertising execution skills, Marketing Strategy, and Senior client facing experience is paramount for success in this role. You’ll work closely with the founder and team to challenge and audit our status quo processes, build paid marketing strategies and execute client projects to drive growth. On a day-to-day basis you'll be auditing, creating and optimising performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok as well as building digital marketing strategies. You’ll also use your management and client service skills to help contribute to client meetings and mentor the team. This role will begin with 2 days a week, and can be fully remote or hybrid. The interview process will involve performing an audit of one of our Google and Meta accounts.

Experience & Knowledge
8+ years of marketing agency/ e-commerce experience
Advanced understanding of the digital landscape including e-commerce strategy, brand strategy, social media, and customer behaviour
Passion for paid advertising up-to-date knowledge on the latest trends and products in the industry
Team Management and mentoring experience
Senior Stakeholder management experience and Account Management
In-depth knowledge of performance marketing execution with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Advanced expertise in different Meta account structure methods, funnels and optimisations
Advanced proficiency in Google Search, and Performance Max strategy (e.g. testing broad vs. phrase match, and bid tests)
Feed optimisation knowledge - Google Merchant Centre, Meta Commerce Manager and Feed Managers
Advanced understanding of attribution models, marketing technology and ad tracking
Experience with Multi Touch Attribution or Marketing Mix Modelling software
Advanced Executional and strategic expertise in one of TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest or programmatic
Experience working with e-commerce businesses at a range of sizes and budget levels - from £5-15k to £40-200k monthly
Analytics and Data Analysis Experience - Looker Studio, GA4, Shopify data analysis experience
Tracking and Pixel setup e.g. enhanced ecommerce tracking, CAPI and GTM
Shopify and Shopify Plus - setting up stores, and tracking - Website best practice and CRO - conversion rate optimisation and merchandising knowledge
