Freelance Parenring Course Facilitator

Role Description This is a temporary hybrid role for a Freelance Parenting Course Facilitator in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. The facilitator will be responsible for delivering parenting courses, engaging with parents and carers, providing tailored support, and facilitating group discussions. The role involves preparing course materials, monitoring participant progress, and adapting interventions to meet the needs of families. There will be some administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records and reporting on course outcomes.

Qualifications Strong facilitation and communication skills Experience in parenting education and support Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse groups of parents and carers Knowledge of early intervention strategies and child development Organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and reports Experience working in community settings or with local authorities is a plus Related Qualifications I.e. health and social care, early years, social work, therapeutic background etc. Safeguarding Trained Up to date DBS Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible work environments Note: This is a self employed role where applicants will be responsible for their own tax and NI contributions.
