We are looking for Onsite IT & Network Support Engineers/Technicians to support casual, freelancing-type tasks in your area. This is a contract-based opportunity , where you will be paid on an hourly, daily, or half-day basis depending on the assignment. Tickets will be dispatched according to your location, and you can support them based on your availability (weekdays or weekends) .
Scope of Work (L1 & L2 IT/Networking Support):
- Desktop and end-user IT support.
- Server/rack hardware installation & replacement (e.g., HDD, RAM, etc.).
- Onsite hands & eyes support (console access for Routers, Switches, Firewalls) in coordination with remote teams.
Required Skill Set:
- Strong expertise in Desktop/System Administration , Customer Support, and Incident/Change/Release management.
- Experience supporting various third-party applications on Windows platforms.
- Knowledge of Windows Server Administration and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices.
