Summary: The role is for an onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician responsible for providing L1 and L2 support for IT and networking tasks on a freelance basis. The position involves desktop support, hardware installation, and troubleshooting various operating systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2 IT/networking support, including desktop support and hardware installation.
• Assist with server/rack components, including hard disk drives and other hardware replacements.
• Deliver on-site assistance for routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage tickets dispatched according to area and availability, including weekdays and weekends.
